Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Flora’s Health Practice, whether via the booking for or direct whatsapp message, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments & Payments

  • All appointments must be booked via our website form or direct contact

  • Payments are due upon confirmation of booking

  • All prices are in SGD and may change with notice

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Changes or cancellations require 24 hours’ notice

  • Late cancellations incur a 50% session fee

  • No-shows will be charged in full

3. Refunds

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable

  • Multi-session packages are valid for 12 months from the first session

  • Refunds for unused sessions may be granted case-by-case with a 10% admin fee

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful and accurate health information

  • Obtain medical clearance if you have underlying conditions

  • Inform us of any changes in your health that could affect participation

5. Limitation of Liability

By engaging in services, you acknowledge that:

  • You participate at your own risk

  • Flora’s Health Practice is not responsible for injuries, aggravations, or health complications arising from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow guidance

  • Health outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed
